Can you provide a bit more information? Judging from the decal style and the Ofmega crank it looks like early '80 Alloro but more information on the rest of the components and the frame material will help.

The decals resemble those on my Bianchi, which also came with Ofmega cranks and Campag NR derailleurs. Your 1.____ serial number and mine indicate 19_1 manufacture, which we can narrow down to 1981, as opposed to 1971 or 1991, with the components, decals, and single water bottle mount. Your rear derailleur, cranks, and hub locknuts should have date codes, as well. A closeup shot of your tubing pedigree decal would help -- mine is a TreTubi frame, with double-butted CrMo main triangle.
The frame geometry of these bikes is a delight, and you have the added bonus of a Celeste paint job. Mine is anthracite / charcoal, which my artist wife likes and calls a "metallic Ralph Lauren brown," but it lacks that legendary queen of Italy eye color that says, "Bianchi."
