I feel frustrated with the month, with lots of setbacks, and late nights for a variety of reasons. Back in the saddle, figured I could do my workout rides during my lunch at least.

Had a pretty nasty wreck Tuesday. Hit a curb, went over the bars, landed on my head and then both knees. Fortunately it was very slow speed, so I was able to dust myself off and make it to work. Gravity is so much worse when you get older!

10/12- 100 was a hard solo effort.
10/15- 30.1 2 flats. one right after hitting about 40 mph down hill. might have gotten lucky as a narrow sweeping corner at the bottom of the hill..

10/18- 16 mile power hike..

jealous for sure. outside days are going to be limited here for sure. later in the week it is going to be a bit better but when it is 14F it takes most of the daylight to warm up much. they are calling for lows to be the 30's by mid week so that helps a bit as long as it doesn't snow.
