Go here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random

And name it whatever comes up. Might be long, but... oh well.
Honest-to-god, the first thing I got by clicking on the random Wikipedia link was "Szymankowszczyzna"...there might be better names, but I guarantee that nobody else's bike (or dog) will have the same one...

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

Excelsior. Latin for "ever upward." I can't think of anything more appropriate for living in Frostburg.

Bonnie and The Clyde....

Sounds like a title for a comedy, featuring a larger guy who bikes everywhere...... In the opening he goes to the doctor and is told that he needs to shape up, goes home chucks the TV off the balcony, sells the car and buys a bike, which he names "Bonnie". By the end he's winning Triathlons, in the "Clydesdale class" .....

This story sounds just about right; the emotions and the romance are still a bit lacking though.

Rapaz has nice ring to it. It's also a conversation starter for when folks want to know what it means.

It's no Spot, but not bad

Ok, down to two names -

Excelsior - Its on the bike already and it has a nice ring to it. Plus, its got a cool meaning as pointed out by Historian

Rapaz - Interestingly mysterious with a cool name

Here is what I'm really looking for:

I wish I could find a cool sounding one word name the encapsulates the feeling of swooping down through the switchbacks at 40+ miles per hours and sailing through the corners. It needs to sound like the feel of the bike propelled up hill while my heart explodes out of my chest with the effort that feel like it cannot be survived until I'm actually at the top of the hill.

Any more suggestions?
