High triglycerides, kept in check by meds. Bum right knee from too many years of being fat. Left ankle still a little cranky after being broken in November. Prone to gout, but no flare-ups in nearly two years -- none since I started losing weight. Coincidence? I think not.

Oh, and a bad case of "+1" disease.

Given my age, weight history, and family history, I think I got off easy. Knock wood.

Well, I had my left knee replaced 6 months ago, its fine. GREAT in fact. Other old injuries are coming back to haunt me. Bad heel tendon issues, out of breath. Oh, and while working to get back in shape, I managed to strain my MCL in my RIGHT knee...
