Thanks. I'm back under the weight I was 23 years ago. Still a true clyde at 120kg and 6'5" but down from the 135 that I reached before saying, "enough". Goal is 115. I know from experience that I can't stay any lighter than that and remain healthy.

Mrs. Fred claimed that she would "never participate in an organized group cycle", although she really enjoys riding. In the months of training and prep, activity envy got the better of her and she signed up as part of a four person relay. 40k and two days later, and she's already registered for her next event.

Don't worry about this fred. I know where I fit in. Sometimes ya' just have to own what you are.
