Between lousy weather and overtime at work, my rides have been cut down this month. So, I decided to take a day off work today just so I could ride and then give my bike a well deserved cleaning. Got in 41+ miles and my ride looks real purdy now.

Total: 151.70 miles. Still a chance to hit my 300 mile goal for the month.

Just hit 100 tonight... I was reluctant to commit because I missed my goal in January but it feels good. 
Apparently the trick is to actually get ON your bike and go for a ride, not just look at it.

It's been an awful month for me. Feb 2nd came down with a cold that turned into pneumonia and 14 days later was able to ride again. Today slid pass 100 miles, actually 119.4 miles. So much for hitting 300 let alone 400 miles this month.

I just crossed the 100 mile mark for the month on the way home today. Actually 102.42 at an average speed of 16.81 for the month so far. Looks like I'll be over 200 for the month, but if I can get some rides in on the weekends between rain storms, I may see 300 this month. My GOAL is 100 a week and only two drinks/beers a week... but I have been short of the first mark and long on the second mark so far this year.

Hi folks, haven't been posting here much this month. I'm spending the winter in Florida and riding just about every day, short trips. Just got in and totaled up the month, I'm at 104 as of today. Not sure I should post in here any more, weight dropped under 200! First time in many years. (I'll keep posting here, I'm a big guy at heart always)

Another road ride with my wife to give her a little more training for her 100k. She did remarkably well today, slightly slower than last time but this time we had a nasty headwind for most of the ride, and just about all the climbing was into a headwind.

Yesterday I went out hill climbing. It was cold, especially as the sun went down. My face and feet were numb by the end, but it was purifying to suffer up the hills of summer in February. I really needed that!

Yay, broke 200 miles overall today. Normally ride to grocery store is only 2 miles back and forth but I made up a weird route in Google maps so that I meet 4 miles to break 200 overall. Felt silly going to there and back in such a weird manner.

Resting is good. Real good. My knees have been bugging me but I cant nail down if it is because of work on riding. I am not riding tomorrow (wish I was though) and I think Monday might not happen because of weather grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Good group ride this morning. Weather wasn't the greatest but got in a nice long ride but came up just short of 200 for the month.
