I'll be shooting for 450. Did 39 1/2 yesterday and am comuting daily so it should be achievable. Now if only I can kick this cold quickly before it makes my goal harder to reach. Anyway with a century scheduled for May 20 I had better reach my goal and then some. Details about that below.

In for 300 km again this month.
I just barely made it last month due to multiple flat tires on my upright and a mild injury from pushing too far while getting used to the recumbent. My average speed and endurance are already back up to comparable to what I was able to do on the DF. |

Got in a couple rides today an easy 1 to the library and tonight did the Mon night 'recovery ride' with the group. Had to push myself a bit to go but it went well, nice to get out with other riders.

Starting the month off right; 41 miles logged and it's only the 3rd of the month. Hoping to log a metric century this weekend. Set a goal for 150 miles this month, but I think I'll break 200 at this pace. Finger's crossed for good weather.
