I don't know if this was bad, but last night after I burned out on a 25 mile bike ride ( still made it home at 14.4 mile average after falling down and drinking a quart of water prone on the shoulder of a road) I ate 3 servings of no fat Greek yogurt, 2 cookies and a banana for a total of 790 calories consumed at ten pm. I was fighting the urge to get a pint of Ben and jerries and a box of fig newtons... But holy hell I was so hungry. My dr says don't consume food after 6 pm but I was not going to make it to morning.

Foo used to have a great place in town, but you could tell she had gotten burnt out when she slapped a "parking enforcement official" upside the head outside her restaurant. I think she may have opened a new place in the 'burbs.

The python was the least impressive of the dishes. Rubbery with little flavor.

Lesson learned...this is a thread I should never open again. It's making me hungry to read all these delicious things people have splurged on. I haven't faltered, but all it takes is a thought to start it.

It was either the cheeseburger or the vanilla bean espresso ice cream that I didn't need tonight, but I can't figure out which one it was.

Considering the thread title, why do you eat keep eating stuff like spam, ice cream and doughnuts seemingly on a daily basis?

OK, I'd go for it.

Bugs are generally pretty good, often with kind of a nutty flavor.

Yeah. The bar "party mix" had crickets and meal worms or something similar mixed in. The crickets were somewhat nutty but somewhat bitter.

Who doesn't enjoy forbidden fruit more than approved fruit? These little indulgences are the reason I exercise. I don't want to live forever, I want to enjoy what life I have left.

I equated "probably shouldn't have eaten that" with "sorry I ate that." Maybe that wasn't an appropriate comparrison.

Query: Do you believe you can possibly affect that the amount of life you have left?

You are serious on this? Look around, people do it all the time.

Like running a red light with a bike. You know you shouldn't..... but you do.

Is it right? no. Is it socially acceptable.... yes.

Don't we all believe that? If we didn't, we'd continue living unhealthily safe in the knowledge that our actions had no effects on the length of our lives.

Did not feel like cooking so we ordered pizza. I added on some wings and did not figure the Weight watchers points before eating them (mistake). After eating 8 wings and 4 slices of pizza, yes it was heavenly, added the points......54 total for that. Crazy. Felt bad after that, but I got right back on the horse after. But those wings were good
