Reached a personal goal! Then almost passed out.

Reached a personal goal today farthest ride to date which was finished the pinellas trail from stat to finish ...o yeah got two flats and forgot to pause for them also lunch lol .. thought I could bike back home as well but got to the points my legs just didn't want to go anymore and I had a headaxhe ... ended up going to the McDonald's drove through on my bike got a ice cream cone and melted on the bench till my wife picked me up lol

Damn, that's a hell of a ride! Since I've started riding again I'm pooped after about 30 miles. I look forward to riding with you in the future, and hopefully I'll be able to keep up with you.

I've been riding for years, but normally the bike was used for commuting and not distance/fitness until recently (about half a year).

yeah commutting is a big change to distance fitness ... i started with commuting and still try to keep it in my daily routine but distance endurance is my real challange.

what trails are in tampa to ride? i live 15 minutes away from tampa and would like a change of pace.
