Yeah, the weather ended my November run a bit early, but the good news is that the ice & snow will be gone tomorrow so I'll pick up again for December. But, I did exceed my goal pretty substantially which was nice.

Was warm here this morning so i took the road bike out and knocked out a 19 mile run... so my total for the month is 142... very happy with that!

Felt strong for today's ride! Last time i had the rode bike out was Nov. 3rd. Did the same ride today. (local rail trail). My average speed jumped from 14.7 to 16.6 MPH!

So for me November was a very successful month!

Finished the month at 284 miles ridden + 4 miles swimming (IMHO, equivalent to 40 more ridden).

I'm trying to average 100 miles/week. November was a good month, especially with this 4 day Thanksgiving weekend. Ended up with 566 miles and 25,000 feet of ascent.

35 hours, 432 miles. 9+ hours in last 4 days with three rides. 51 miles on Thanksgiving for my B-day, 3 Sufferfest videos yesterday and then today easy spin for over an hour on the trainer and then ISLAGIATT.

I was good for 387 mellow, mostly flat miles. Didn't quite hit 400, but I'll take it! I also did 110 trail running miles, at my slowest average ever (which I find to be a good thing, no injuries!!).

Soooo... yeah.. best laid plans and all.. we wound up with gorgeous weather all last week, and I was off all last week. So, my numbers didn't hit my goals exactly.

11/19 - core workout
11/22 - 45 miles
11/23 - 32 miles
11/24 - 32 miles
11/25 - 17 miles
11/26 - 17 miles
11/27 - 17 miles
11/29 - 50 miles
11/30 - 50 miles

466 miles on the bike for the month, plus 8 core workouts and 4 30 minute trainer rides.

Gotta love unexpected 70 degree days in November. I'll take the extra on bike miles over missing my 4 trainer rides anytime!
