At the beginning of the month my goal was 32 combined hours, indoors and out, plus to increase intensity. I made my time goal and started some interval workouts, and I'm finally having a chance to log. We had bad weather so the vast majority of time has been on my trainer.

2/1 2 hours on trainer
2/4 1 hour on trainer
2/5 31 minutes on trainer
2/7 28 miles outdoors
2/8 19.8 miles outdoors
2/10 2 hours on trainer with intervals
2/11 1 hour on trainer
2/12 1:45 on trainer with intervals
2/15 2 hours on trainer
2/16 3 hours on trainer
2/18 1:50 on trainer with intervals
2/19 1 hour on trainer
2/21 3 hours on trainer
2/22 2 hours on trainer
2/24 2 hours in trainer with intervals
2/25 1 hour on trainer
2/26 1:45 on trainer with intervals
2/28 3 hours on trainer

I'd like to see 100 this month split between trainer and road

2/2: 7.2mi(t) - 30:00.
2/7: 22.87mi - 1:42:38 (slooooow).
2/9: 4.6mi(t) - 20:30 (bunion flare up). Putting flat pedals back on tonight for the duration of foot pain.
2/12: 9.1mi(t) - 40:30
2/14: 10.0mi(t) - 42:45
2/14: 8.4mi(t) - 35:49 New crankset. Old BB cover got stuck, so lubed bearings and heading to LBS for help after work.
2/16: 11.0mi(t) - 49:15 1/2"-3/4" ice on the ground. Still having foot pain. Need to find me a podiatrist.
2/18: 9.3mi(t) - 41:56
2/19: 11.2mi(t) - 51:52
2/20: 10.6mi(t) - 59:29 While wrecking 2 of my son's friends playing Halo: Reach.
2/21: 7.6mi(t) - 38:40 Just... wiped out after a hectic day...
2/23: 10.3(t) - 39:19
2/25: 11.6(t) - 49:56
2/26: 6.5(t) - 24:56
2/28: 13.0(t) - 49:52

Total: 152.27/100+... Yay!

Now... Can I keep it up?
