So glad you went for silver SKS fenders, they should look amazing - I have black plastic on my daily commuter/utility bike they look heavy..., I have silver fenders on my pretty bike.
Re Acorn Bags, as far as I'm concerned, having been a proud owner of an old style medium saddlebag for about seven years or so, Acorn Bags would be a bargain at twice the price! The are incredibly well made and the attention to detail is thorough. The owner even supplied me with canvas to do a repair when mine suffered seemingly disastrous damage from a hungry rodent. A neighborhood commercial sewing person (probably not the right job title) was able to do an amazing repair job for me. Still, getting through the ordering process is far from easy...
Looks like you will have a far prettier bike in the near future!
