Vaude packs... any good?
Does anyone have any experience with Vaude packs. They look like they have a pretty nice airflow system and are built for bike riders. They come highly recommended from a friend.

I don't have any experience with the backpacks, but my girlfriend has the panniers and loves them. She's owned them for six years and has been commuting every day. Waterproof and indestructible.

My wife used to have a Vaude... now she uses a Deuter. Check out their Aircomfort system.

I have both Vaude panniers and a backpack and alternate my use of each.
The backpack is comfortable enough, but it's carrying capacity is rather small (both in total and dimension)...or maybe I just pack too much
The panniers have taken a beating over the years (with some minor Do-it-myself repair), but still live to fight another day.
Overall, I'd say I've been satisfied with both.
