Something else you might consider is a P60 host. This will give you the most
flexibility and upgrade choices:
In that vid, I had a red led. With this host you have multiple LED's to choose from:
https://www.solarforce-sales.com/prod...ame=&s=30&t=RB
You can decide if you want to run CR123's or 18650's, and you can choose how many to run.
You can even change heads:

actually you can get a relatively nice rechargeable see the road type of light for just a tad over $100 on sale; see: https://www.pricepoint.com/detail/213...p=225%20CYGE20
I have this light and it's bright, you can see the effect of it's brightness compared to other lights at: https://www.modernbike.com/light-comp...singleshotplus Just scan down through the lights and look at the beam projections.

Interesting stuff there 1terceptor. I really don't know much about these lights, and they are confusing me.
BTW, I couldn't open your first link, but the second one worked.

P60 hosts allow you to modify/upgrade them. As you can see in my last video,
a P60 body comes apart. You have a variety of LED's(bulb as an analogy) to
choose from, some aren't even in existence yet. As LED development
continues, you have a chance to take advantage of future technologies:
https://www.batteryjunction.com/p60-dropin.html
You have a choice in brightness and also modes, on/off, lo/hi/flashing,
lo/med/hi, etc. That particular flashlight in my video has the ability to
go from one 18650 battery(two CR123's) to two 18650's(4 CR123's) to
a maximum of three 18650's(6 CR1213's) since it has extension tubes.
You can choose different heads, one for more throw or one for a bigger
spot pattern. Head bezel can be smooth or crowned(for tactical/defensive
use). Switch can be exposed(easier to use with winter gloves) or crowned
(tactical use, again). The options just go on and on.
