Maybe a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser? That worked to get the top layer off for me. It works by very fine abrasion.
if that doesnt work use brake cleaner if that doesnt work use acetone if that doesnt work repeat all of the above with steel wool magic erasers are actually as hard a glass and are made up of mostly air, they do a great job of scraping stuff off |
