Works fine with old school wide cantis (I have mine over Tektro CR720s). Works fine with narrow-profiles too (had Tektro Oryx before the CR720s).
The only thing you may have to do is lengthen your straddle wire to fit over the fork crown mounting tab for the rack.

Careful of that mount. Mine broke after too many miles of harsh roads and chip seal, but thankfully my reflector didn't end up in my front spokes.
I've heard of ppl having issues with the crown mounting tab breaking, but mine has held up well. If you're worried about it, fashion a stronger mount from some 1/16" strip steel from the hardware store.
