Anyone from Moon PA, or surrounding areas?
I live in Moon township and I was wondering if any of you commuter fellas live in the area? I'm heading over to Robinson today to go to the TREK shop (closest bike shop). Just kind of curious to see if anyone out there is in my area?
If you are post here and maybe we can discuss routes etc.

I have not heard of Moon Township, so I am probably not in the area. I am about 20 miles east of Harrisburg.

Yeah Oakland is pretty fun. I used to go to Pitt and I certainly enjoyed the culture down there. Maybe a little too much....
I was thinking about heading into the city sometime for a ride around. I think finding a route for biking there from moon might be a bit tough though. I'm sure there are a lot of bikers down in Oakland. I really don't see too many out where I live. People live very close to Robert Morris (where i go to school) and nobody commutes by bike. Oh well, their loss!

You have my sympathies cycling in the Moon area. Quite hilly, IIRC. We used to play football against Moon when I was in HS many years ago. :-) I've never cycled much in W. PA, however, other than BMX as a kid.
(I moved to the flat FL panhandle in college)
