Yes you're right there. We don't have bicycle lanes here and riding solo needs skill. That's why we organize
rides. This way we are in one big batch of riders and motor vehicles gives extra respect on the group.
We have motorcycle escort everytime we make the run and a mechanic to assist on any bicycle trouble.
Anyway, most motorists are amused everytime they see us specially with all the blinking LEDS they seee
on our bikes and the great number of cyclists riding with us.

Night Cruise - Mar. 27, 2010
Last night cruise was participated by 26 cyclists. Graduation rites cause the non attendance of other cyclists.
New faces showed up for the ride. Not in the picture is Mang Boy who took the shots.

Looks like fun!
One of the things I still miss, is the nice warm nights, while I was in Vietnam - a long time ago.....
Oh, and the pretty girls, of course........ LOL (we need more pictures of pretty girls - on bikes, of course.....)

Featured Cyclist - Mang Ole
Featured Cylist is Mang Ole.
He's 74 yrs. old and very active in joining rides. We call him "Tatang" for respect of his age.
Bicycling had improved his health since his stroke.
A happy and enjoyable company during rides or gatherings. He simply can stay with the pack with his
good health.

Mang Ole with Gaspar, his back-up power.

Gaspar simply eyes Mang Ole's white socks just in case back-up power is needed.

Thanks Mang Boy for meeting up with me at the Adriatico Circle 2 months ago and for showing me around your town. I truly am grateful.
Evan Gabe, nice panasonic folding. where can i get one in metro manila ?
nice pictures. i wish i can meet up with you guys again ! thanks Mang Boy for showing me around Malabon ! Good Cooks there and Malabon people have a passion for bikes and good fresh food. The only place in the Philippines I know of where this bike passion really shows . Even the pedicabs are chromed and have large diameter wheels. I look forward to visiting again next year perhaps. i have told my buddies about Malabon food and bikes ! Something to be proud of !
kinds regards

type of bikes both alloy and steel. Lucky, you got a branded one. The white one is a common design
frame you see around here. So far I haven't owned an alloy folding bike. It's perhaps the frame design that I always look for. Most alloy frames have simple frame design. Anyway the bikes you got there are pretty
neat except the white one wherein the tires don't match.

New Bicycle (Good for 3 days only)
I just brought home yesterday a new bicycle. I attended a children's party and guess what the balloon
artist just happened to show me this particular piece. I can't resist the attraction so I ask him if he could spare that piece to me. He gladly gave the balloon and here is the picrture. The balloon is good only for a limited time. This morning one of the tires deflated already.
