For someone who I actually took the time to answer many of his questions, in multiple threads (which the posting of is bad forum etiquette), you are a totally ungrateful.
I'm sorry that you can't simply make up your mind, and that you chose the wrong light, but many people tried to help you and you ignored them. Now you are asking the same questions again. Should we all answer them again? Or would it be easier for all involved for you to take the time to re-read the thoughtful responses that have already been given to you in your four threads?

with your passive aggressive insults.
YOU FREELY CHOSE TO RESPOND EACH TIME!
you were not externally compelled/coerced/forced into doing so.
someone interested in knowledge and helping others would be interested to see the reviews
of something they have not used before. you have a hypothesis. i am testing my hypothesis.
you just fabricate shlt in your depressing and snobby world.
go buy some unnecessary carbon accessories and feel good about yourself.
the people of greatest help also included that i should bite the bullet and try something out for myself.
i havent seen anyone so butt hurt since the Vatican had a Boy Scout night at the Neverland Ranch.
in summation: You are a d bag.

Why repeatedly ask for advice when you chose to ignore it? Are you looking for someone to tell you made the right choice? Well, the common consensus is that you didn't. There is nothing snobby about giving you the truth about your poor choice. You're just going around in circles, and can't make a choice. Pretty much all the relevant info has been given to you several times in your four threads. Exactly what else are you looking to hear? It's all been said.....there isn't some magic mystery light just hiding out waiting for you to find it......
I'm a d-bag for patiently helping you and giving you good advice in your four threads? Don't be angry with me because of your hand-wringing, inability to make a decision, and telling you that your questions have already been answered many times in your four threads and it might help you to re-read them. Why should we answer the same question over and over again when it's already been answered by many people, many times, with that majority of them giving the same answer?

The one thing the OP should take from this, is that there is no holy grail of flashlights.. It is a fast evolving technology, has been for a few years.. If you really want something that will be a keeper, you can pay someone to modify you a p7 flashlight or something similar, but some of the better mods run $200-300.. You can find more info on what is happening at this website

perhaps,a literal phenomenon has occurred.
maybe...by asking multiple people from different websites and threads...i have received many
different answers and accounts...perhaps...yes, perhaps some of these have been conflicting.
perhaps some of these have been similar. perhaps i will test this item and make a mount for it...
perhaps i have the seller offers the uncanny possibility of shipping the item back for a return if i am
unsatisfied...perhaps...hark! this is not possible, for one question to many people may only elicit
one universal truth, for Flashlights used as bike lights IS A PURELY OBJECTIVE SCIENCE!
indeed! it goes the same with absolutely objective matters like:
Are road bikes better than hybrids? Are mountain bikes better than touring bike?
Whopper or Big Mac? truly, you sir are an actual Sage. may i kiss your feet, sire?
Alas! My ignorant peasant lips shall only taint the omnipotent one's untained body!
Woe is me! For i am the fool! My Lord, My Master! Excuse and Forgive my insolence (please).

I think you've hit the nail on the head.
That's what he's here for, to argue with and (in his own mind) prove superiority over other people.
There's no reason there, I've tried reasoning with him, it won't get you anywhere and arguing or insulting him back will just get you a 'clever' answer and put a smile on his face.
Unfortunately there are some very sorry, sad, damaged individuals who are much more at home being nasty on the internet (and patting themselves on the back for it) than trying to survive in the real world.
Try to have some sympathy for him.
On that note....time to get away from this PC....

Taking a detour from this soap opera ... I used a P-7 last winter, in the short, dark days.
I don't know how many lumens, but it is a burner. Probably in the neighborhood of your light.
I put it on my helmet so that I can aim it away from drivers' eyes. That worked well.
I tried it later on my handlebars ... I didn't like that at all. It would be shining in a lot of windshields.
Moved it back upstairs.

650 or 400 lums to much? Holy crap, you think? I just use a 13 watt headlight (not sure how that converts to lums but roughly 163 lums) and routinely run at over 20mph with no issues. When this light fails I will probably look into a 16 watt light but that's it. Of course cars have brighter lights, they need to be traveling at 70mph! Speeds we never approach. So comparing what cars need to what we should have is insane.
Then one poster (socalrider) says to aim it no more then 20 feet in front of you, 20 feet? He's kidding right? Lets see, if your traveling at 20mph your going to cover 20 feet in about 7/10ths of a second, is that enough time for you to react then stop and or swerve? I think not. You need to be seeing at least 200 feet down the road so you'll have about 7 to 8 seconds to make a decision and get the bike to respond. Now I can do that with 13 watts. You could do it better with 16 to 20 watts, or from roughly 200 to 250 lumens is about all you really need for dark streets and bike paths, off road or single track is another story.
Also you should consider dual beams, one flood and one spot. Dual beams offer you the protection of a back up beam incase a bulb dies, and the different light patterns give you more road coverage.
You also should consider an amber or clear flasher for the front or perhaps on the helmet, a flasher will attract the attention of a motorist far faster then a small diameter light will.
There's a big race going on for who can sell you the most amount of light, and some of those guys are selling 1000 lumens lights from anywhere between $800 and $1200 dollars. This in my lousy opinion is a HUGE waste of money based on false fears that your not going to be able to see with anything less. Look, I'm over 55 years old, my vision is suppose to be dimmer now then when I was in my 20's and yet 13 watts is fine; sure 16 to 20 would be better, but no more then that.

Have you bought a mount yet ?
Looking at your torch I'd still highly recommend this mount:

It fits my torch perfectly and is very stable.

Remember that when it rains and the streets are covered with standing or running water, the surface is more nearly a mirror. You will need much more light then to see the street than when it's dry because most of the light will bounce away from your eyes.
I'm riding with a NiteRider MiNewt.X2 Dual on the bars (300 lumens) and an Amoeba on my helmet (400 lumens). When it's raining after dark, that 700 lumens is still not enough.
And OBTW, you should never trust just a single headlight system. Batteries give out, things break. If you are completely left in the dark without a spare light, you should probably start walking.

This is so true, dual beams for a main light and a helmet light is the only way too go really, if a bulb breaks or dies you can still ride with the other, if the main system bats die you can use the helmet light. My helmet light is not that bright, I can see with it but not as well as with the 13 walt mains.

So how did it go? Good light? bad light? Returning it? Keeping it? Set your bike on fire?
