Diabolical, chipcom, very diabolical...he will become enraged, and start honking and swerving around every other vehicle on the road, whereupon a semi trailer or oblivious Hummer driver will promptly take him out. No muss, no fuss...and no link back to you. Excellent. I like it.
Or he will go home and in a rit of fealous jage, kick his dog. The dog bites him and he dies a couple days later from the hydrophoby. This one is even better, because the dog dies of rabies too, so all involved are neatly eliminated from the question. The Godfather could learn some things from you.

Way to go Chip.
You are responsible for the caged rage of cagers driving drivers to driven madness..
What could possibly be worse?

It appears you need to leave early tomorrow morning, chipcom. Have your nice little sign printed up with an apology to this poor driver you terrorized.
Don't you dare have any fun. Ever.

Like it, or not, it's still road rage - and you committed it!
Maybe he got your tag number, and turned you in!
It's gonna look kind of stupid, when you want to make a report, and your name is already there as one who committed it ........

Tonight, on the drive home, I think I'll pass anyone not doing 10+ over the speed limit and holler at them to GET ON THE SIDEWALK!

I couldn't do it, but that was amusing. One day I had the misfortune of riding when bored teenager thought it would be funny to scream at me just as his mom passed me. BTW, if one of my kids did that, we'd stop and they'd apologize, but that's a different story. I decided that cyclists should pick a day where they just ride around screaming at random innocent motorists. Then I remember Critical Mass and gave up on the idea.

On a slightly related note, I ride with various roadie & triathlon groups, and I'm always surprised at how the nicest guy and even women on the bike and in person, will turn into a huge ***bag the moment they perceive injustice on the bike. There are many examples, but one memorable was the nicest women I was having a pleasant conversation with just earlier, having to slow on a MUP to wait for a family to cross the path - and out of nowhere she yells "F*** you walkers - get out of the way!" Bizarre, uncalled for, but I'm finding that it's the norm (unfortunately).
And yes, I know that cars can KILL cyclists, but in general, cyclists over-react to perceived injustices while they're on the bike. Even from peds and other cyclists.
