He will not be on parole he was given a suspended imposition of sentence. Meaning he gets 120 days in jail and then probation...If he completes his probation then his record is wiped clean...His lawyer hooked him up with a good plea. All he has to do is complete his anger management class and probation and he will no longer be a felon....the newspapers will never tell you that.

Your vague comments about your source is shaky......You must be a LEO. No way do you work in the court system.
You avoid all questions and statements.....your the one lacking necessary knowledge.

Ah, you do want to play. Ok.
From your link: "Republican U.S. Attorney Hanaway gave a sweet deal to Republican Representative Cooper in return for his help with a prosecution which has never and will never take place."
This is obviously a corrupt deal, but has nothing to do with maintaining conviction rates due to political ambition.
I originally said the prosecutor in the original case probably had a weak case and so had to plead it out. I don't see what's so offensive about that!
You seem to think the light sentence is because the prosecutor is corrupt -- seems an awful lot like second-guessing! I think you should bear the burden if you're going to come out and call someone corrupt or accuse them of having ulterior motives. Sorry, I don't plan on believing you unquestioningly.

I put up. NOW you put up or SHUT up. Good luck trying to prove lawyers NEVER make deals and don't lose winnable cases because it's obvious to everyone but you, that these are not true. Can't imagine WHY you think that lawyers are so HONEST and COMPETANT. Seems to me they are NOTORIOUS for being the OPPOSITE!

FAIL!!!!!! Insults, guesses, speculation, illogic and an aggressive attitude do not prove your contentions. Better luck on the next target. But you DO get a copy of our home game.

' wonder how the rest of the victims company when this incident happened are doing? Can't they sue the shooter too (for psychological/mental trauma)? I think they should, just to give the shooter a more "fairer" sentence.
