2010 Flat contest

I had my first flat of the year yesterday. Repaired it and proceeded home only to run low within the first mile. 3 air stops later, I made it home guessing my patch job was to blame. Low and behold, another hole was discovered that I'm certain wasn't there before since I did the repair at work in good light and warmth.

I think it's my Marathon winters because I observed rub marks on the tube corresponding to each stud in the tire. Will contact Schwalbe concering the matter. I usually only get one flat per year so I hope reposting to this thread isn't required. knock on wood.

Bikes: '08 Surly Cross-Check, 2011 Redline Conquest Pro, 2012 Spesh FSR Comp EVO, 2015 Trek Domane 6.2 disc

Only one? Psh... I've had 3 so far this year, and one was while inside, on my rollers! Yay! I'm winning!

(The indoor flat was because I put on an old pair of tires to use on the rollers, and didn't notice a sliver of glass stuck in the tread)

My commute to work the other day consisted of a 7 mile ride and a 2 mile walk. Forgot to replace my spare tube from the flat I got 2 days prior. Also didn't have my patch kit with me. Good thing a friend at work had a spare I could use!
