26" Threaded fork with disk mounts?

I've got an Electra Townie 21D with cheap-ass Sunrace forks... these have tabs for disc brakes, but I hate the fork on general principle (Being that I generally like to lock out the front suspension on savage hill climbs).

So! I need either:

1) Suspension fork with lock-out and disc tabs in a threaded size.

2) Fixed or springer threaded fork in 26" offering disc brake tabs.

Finding a rear disc brake conversion kit was stupid easy... finding a suitable front fork less so.

The biggest problem will be finding a steertube that is long enough. The Townies have extremely tall head tubes.
Dimension makes a fork with steertube of 300mm.
Salsa Fargo steertube of 380mm but for 700c
Surly Long Haul Trucker Steertube of 435mm but for 700c
Kona make some forks but I believe they are all 260mm. All these are threadless so you will need a new headset and stem.

The Headtube on the Girls Townie is approx 9" then add the head set and threadless stem. 260mm probably won't work.

Threaded? Might be pretty hard. If you need 1.25 steerer tube, I would convert to a threadless setup with a new headset and stem, personally.
