As many days as I work. Lately I've been burning vacation days on 3-day weekends, so that's 4 days/week. Normally it's 5 days/week.

With holidays and personal days off (I get one free day off per month) and appointments that preclude the use of a bike, I averaged 4 days/week last year. Since I started up again this year (took winter off), I've been well under that so far, but intend to get back up to as many days as possible.

I try to get at least 3. I'm training for a 1/2 marathon so my big run day during the week I don't ride just to save my legs some. And there's normally one other day per week where I need a car because I have to run errands on the way home

0 to 5, depending on the weather.
This week, it may be 1, as rain is forecast the rest of the week, and it isn't worth the hassle to me to bring a change of clothes or buy rain gear.
If rain is forecast in the afternoons but it isn't raining in the morning, then I'll commute anyway.
It really sucked to drive this morning to the train station instead of biking, and paying to park was the icing on the cake.
In the winter, it will probably be 0 days per week; I'm not that hardcore.

Averaging between 4 and 5. Haven't missed a day for the last three weeks in spite of some crappy weather. Out of town meetings are what usually gets me off of the bike and into the car.

Haven't missed a day since July 2006.
I'm currently working four-day weeks. With subbing on extra shifts, I've accumulated 80 commuting days so far this year as of today.

5 days most weeks. Although lately (like today) I've had kid-shuttling duties a couple of days a month due to my wife's early meetings.

Five days a week unless the bike is broken or I'm on vacation. (N in the famous N+1 for me is still 1, so... fortunately, no serious mechanical issues since January - knock on wood)
I did miss about two weeks this winter after the record snowstorms here in DC left all possible routes an icy, rutted hellhole. I may get some studded tires next winter just in case. I figure having studs will either guarantee that the weather will be good all winter (kinda like putting on fenders for the first time then waiting for the first rainy day) or will allow me to deal with any adverse winter weather.

I commute 8 days a week. (now go figure)
I try to do 5 days a week if I can, but if it is raining, I drive simply because I do not need to have my hair all soaking wet when I get to work.

Averaging 2 times a week. I have friday off. The other two days I mix it up with taking the subway or driving in. To me by mixing up the mode of transportation, I don't get bored and I get to appreciate my bikes and cars.

I draw the line at 5 days a week. Any more would mean that I am working more than 5 days a week, which is against my religion.

Between 0-5.
I've been averaging 3 times a week since January though. Was 4 last week, 4 the week before that, and 5 the week before that.
Its 3 for this week too. Rode yesterday, today I'm hungover and there is a wind advisory in effect. Tomorrow I ride, Thursday I have a dentist appointment. Then Friday I ride again.
Appointment days make me drive, I have to leave work early to get across town in time, and don't want to lose more time to pedal there.

5 days a week. I drive once in a while. At one time I went about 18 months without driving my car to work, though I used it on the weekend sometimes. These days I'm a bit more laid back. I rode today though it was 37*F and thunderstorms all day, weather doesn't bother me much, but if I have lots of errands or need to carry something heavy, I'll drive.

I plan on driving about once a week to take care of any errands that require traveling a longer distance or hauling a lot of stuff. Sometimes I end up riding every day and some weeks I'll have to drive twice for whatever reason.
My average is probably a bit over 4.
