Semi-waterproof (mixed fabric) jackets

Hi all,

I live in Vancouver. Its wet. Its warm. Any fully waterproof jacket is going to be a sauna, no matter how advanced the fabric.

I currently ride in a light, water resistant, windproof jacket and it is great for temperature management. But every time it rains (often) the tops of my arms, my shoulders, and to a lesser extent, the front of my torso get pretty wet.

So I'm looking for a jacket with waterproof front panels, waterproof panels on the tops of the arms/shoulders, and water resistant / highly breathable panels everywhere else.

Problem is, I can't seem to find a jacket like this. Anyone know of one?

TIA....
