GT road bike

I found a nice GT road bike on craigslist, however, I'm not sure if it's worth the 300, can someone let me know if this is a good deal or not? For my purposes, it would be great, it has rack mounts and everything for my commute, but I'm not sure if its steel or aluminum.

Thanks

Looks decent. Comes with early STI shifters (probably RX100). Judging by tubing diameter, I'd say it's probably steel.

If it's your size and you don't mind the odd-looking triple triangle design, then I'd say go for it.
