Three weeks into "full-time" commuting... first flat
So I have been commuting now for three weeks straight and the weather has been fantastic! This morning it was pouring cats and dogs. No big deal, I jumped on the bike and off I went. . . . until I got a flat half-way through my ride to work. So it's pouring out and I am soaked from head to toe trying to change the tube AND getting closer to being late for work. I changed the tube, found the PEBBLE that punctured my tire and off I went. I was not so much angry about the flat, but the pebble that peirced the tire had no jagged edges and was almost round! The only reason I am mad about this is because I have been riding my Michelin Kryion tires on my road bike for over 2k miles and have never had a flat. I guess you get what you pay for. . .
Here is the tire I am riding (700x32).... any suggestions on something better?

My commuter has 700x28 Conti Gatorskins on it. I think I've had 2 flats on it in the 6 months I've had them. Lots of flats on their predecessors, but really only at the end of their useful life anyway. Of course I'll now have 6 this week just for mentioning it. No tire's perfect, but I find that these are pretty close for me.

I followed your link - you have the "Panaracer Pasela Road Tire". Unfortunately, they name their puncture resistant tires only slightly differently than the non-puncture resistant version - you probably wanted the "Panaracer Pasela Tg Road Tire" which has puncture resistance -

I've heard some kinda crappy things about the Gatorskins wet weather performance.
If you look around in the forum, you'll see plenty of other threads with tire recommendations, like this one -

I've been happy with the Specialized Armadillos. Good puncture resistance and good semi-slick. Rides good in the rain. Not cheap.

I'm riding 700x32 Continental Contacts. No flats in just about 1500 miles so far.
