lol. i've never seen a sommelier use one of those. they always use the ones that look like a pocket knife...

Looks like a great bike if your occupation is "future organ donor." Those brakes (if you can call them that) scare me. It would definitely get some looks, though.

That brake should be easy on your rim, though. Perhaps if you replace the single brake pad with a cork...
