I almost picked up one of these but found a Roubaix for similar money. didn't think about the lack of a rack, so it's not really a practical commuter. but I am getting a second computer & will use Dropbox, so I may start commuting on it. definitely faster than all of my other bikes

Connects at the bottom through the wheel skewer, at the top through the brake bridge - the part where the rack doesn't put much weight on, but the bike is designed to handle force there equal to slamming on your brakes on the steepest hill. It's worked well for him.
Tubus makes some other options as well.
Just saying you can definitely put a rack on a Roubaix without eyelets, fyi.
