Anyone recomend good commuter pants

Looking for suggestions for nice looking office wear that performs and hold up to cool, wet weather riding. Maybe some high performance golf pants? Maybe somehting grey or black and quick drying. Can wear a jacket and thigh covers but my pants cuffs are always soaked and cover in funky road gunk. Thanks and ride on.

Use fenders and a chain cover to protect your pants from dirt and grime. If its raining consider bringing a separate pair of pants for work.

I wear waterproof breathable rain trousers over the pants I will wear, off the bike.

I wear bike shorts or tights, and change clothes at work. I don't know why so many people resist taking that step. It is not like you are naked, or anything.

Not cheap but they fit your discription. Got a pair very recently and give them a big thumbs up. Can't speak for the wet weather performance yet, but water just rolls off when poured on. If they do get wet through they are supposed to be quick drying
