Owner agreed to 325

Thanks in advance for your help!

They would both be fine for commuting, but both of those bikes are overpriced IMO you might as well buy a new bike although there are more reasonable than their ads. Check this one out. I am sure you can find something for $250 or less.

It depends, am I spending my own money or yours
?
Any bike can be used for commuting. Both monsterpile and MK313 make valid points
.
What I enjoy may not be what you enjoy as far as commuting goes. If you tell us about your roads, distance, what you will be carrying, & what you would like the bike to do (i.e. go fast, muddle around with family, carry loads of gear) we might be able to assist you better.
