Easy on/easy off fenders recommendations please

I've done some searching on here through old threads as well as elsewhere in an effort to winnow down the various choices. I want to commute through the winter this year but living in Chicago I'll be riding through snow and rain so fenders will be necessary. I'd also like to have fenders around for use during summer stretches where we get a lot of rain. The key is I'd like to be able to take the fenders off quickly when they're not needed. These are the choices I've come up with so far:

Oh yeah, the bike is a road bike but is set up with V-brakes and has a pretty good amount of clearance, but fenders have to be able to fit under the rear rack.

I have bontrager nebula fenders on mine. They are removable. I like them quite a bit, although depending on how your bike is set up, the back one can be a chore to remove. I bought them because I wanted the ability to remove them when I wasn't using them. After a few times riding to work when it was nice out, but having it rain during the day and some times when it wasn't raining, but the road was still wet, I now leave them on full time.
