The attorney I have spoke with is versed in family law (including cps) and state law regarding the situation.

Someone in the original thread on this issue is actually trying to tell her that she doesn't need an attorney at all...I mean really, with all the crap you and I give each other in P&R, even we agree on such a basic necessity.

With the differences in stories flying everywhere, I would feel a thousand percent better having an attorney. This last one just really stuck in my craw

There are no laws being broken, and if CPS has no problems with it, this story should be closed.

I spent most of my day at work yesterday reading about this. I got rather heated about it, and worried some of my co-workers(oopsies!!!). I'd give more if I could, but with my own little girl on the way, money isn't what it used to be. Don't give in!

Just chipped in, hope you get enough to continue your fight. Have those affluent bike blogs picked up your story? Those guys are probably suckers for things like this where traditional media gets it all wrong.
