I've gotten off to a slow start due to the birth of my son on new years day. Most of these miles were with 60 pounds of kids in tow or with a trailer full of groceries. I'm back to work tomorrow so the miles can really start adding up.

This week has been nice because I have been able to teach mine six year old about bicycle commuting (we rode bikes to and from his school the whole week and it has him excited about cycling) and I showed my wife that grocery trips by bike aren't that bad and maybe even fun. With small kids she can't really do that now but she's at least open to the idea once all of the kids are in school.
