+1,000 on the RL520's. I have a set of black ones in my garage right now, waiting the perfect frame for a touring build. Nashbar recently had their touring frame on super sale, but they are out of the 56cm and don't know when it will come in.

Also, very clever on the second bar. I never would've thought of that.

I was actually inspired by the following picture. I will admit that it is a lot cleaner than mine.
