I like the mid bike rack, not sure what it is for. If I found something like that on my bike I would have some major issues.

Do you know how stoked I would be to find a snake on my bike? And one that matches the handlebars too!

Maybe you could carry it crossed over your torso like old-timey bicycle racers used to do with tires. It could get a little dicey if the snake got scared and started squeezing, though.
