Is this a good price?
I NEED a new bike soon, and I have been leaning towards a Surly Cross Check or LHT. My budget is 2K, but I really would prefer to keep it as low as possible, so I am looking at used bikes.
When I am at my bike shop next, I will ask them to fit me for a Surly, but for a used Cross Check, how is this price-wise? If it's the right size, I might just get it.

That's not a whole lot cheaper than a brand new cross check frame with a warranty and so forth. The going price appears to be about $440 now.
