Nederland? You're obviously sweating a lot of water off. Staying hydrated will help the muscles feel better.
BTW, I have a bunch of neices, nephews, and a sister in Port Arthur/PNG.

Hmm I know the feeling. Since I started riding 1600km a month I found that I can eat anything and still be hungry.. and not gain weight. Energy out exceeds energy in I suspect.
