Retro-reflective Coating A Bicycle Frame

I thought this bike was interesting - it is meant as a safe commuter bike, and has a number of interesting features like a brake light and retro-reflective coating over the entire frame.

I'd be interested if/when such coating is available at my local powder coater.

The company that makes the retro-reflective stuff is Halo Coatings. Only a few places have it, one in Los Angeles area and one in Illinois. I went to college with Josh who is Bike Safe Boston and talked to him about powder coating one of my frames. I never ended up getting a price as I sprayed it myself with normal paint, but it'd definitely be cool.
