Headlight For reflector mount?

I have a 1 inch quill stem and headset. The bike ( an 89 schwinn Voyaguer ) currently has a reflector mount acting as a spacer on the headset. Is there any light that would be good to mount on the reflector mount. I'm trying to keep it to $50. Either USB rechargeable or AA or AAA. I don't have a dynamo. Thanks.

Do you have a picture of the reflector mount? Most of the mounts I see won't work very easily. Most lights are intended... unfortunately... to stay on the handlebar.

Have a look here for some ideas. https://sheldonbrown.com/harris/lighting/mounts.html

Sorry it took so long to post these. This week has been a rough one. My goal is to get a nitto stem, move the eye phone mount to the stem rather than the bar (it rotates 360), and get that cat eye off of the bar. Aesthetics aren't everything but they can be fun
