Help me decorate my Kittier

I recently replaced my panniers with a Kittier, and although I have attached a couple strips of scotchlite (salvaged from a construction worker vest I found in the road), I have not yet painted over the original TIDY CAT branding. I do have a spray can of primer (grey), I was planning on just sanding a little and putting the primer on, and then maybe some navajo-ish eggshell because that's what I have in the garage. Or maybe just the primer.

That will leave a lovely blank canvas for me to decorate, for the purpose of either safety or entertainment or both.

The only idea I got is to use some reflective tape to do something like this:

(last time I was in Home Despot, though, I couldn't find any reflective tape -- where would I find that?)

Any other 'bright' ideas?
