Carbon Firber Fork

Is it possible to mount a front rack with a Carbon Fiber fork? I have a Low Rider rack but I'm unsure if it would work with type of fork without damaging it. Could any type of rack work with this type of fork?

You could get one of these perhaps?

Steco headtube mounted front rack

Any front mount stuff will need to be attached to the head tube and axle and not touch the fork. Rack & fender compatible carbon has reenforced mount points from the factory.
