Charger Arc

Every time I plug my charger into my battery there is an arc/spark. The charger is unplugged from the wall. Is this common?

It has been for me. Plug your charger into the wall until the light comes on. Unplug the charger and plug in the battery. Then plug in the charger.

I have no sparks when I follow that protocol.

My battery was arching and it burnt the connector. I had to find someone local to rebuild the battery. Mostly because Eco-Speed would not help even though it was brand new. Oddly enough it does not arch when plugged in.
