Sorry...I am out of ideas... I suppose it's possible the controller was damaged by putting reverse polarity on it.
Maybe someone else has ideas.

I'm new to this too... but I would try a different wire connector or figure out a way to make sure that isn't the problem. Are you sure the wires are hooked up correctly to the wire connector?

One troubleshooting guide for diagnosing controllers (if you want to get into the nitty gritty).

As for the motor, I doubt any damage there. However, there are folks out there who know a lot more than me about this stuff.

I'd still check the connection. It's hard to tell from the photo exactly what connector you're using, but in looking up the brand (Wago) it doesn't appear that wires of different polarities are supposed to go in the same block. I could be 100% wrong here, again can't tell exactly what's going on from the picture and I'm new at this too.

I got it to work now! it was the stupid wago connector its not connecting the wires properly. I end up trying one last time twisting the wires togheter and its working fine now.
I want to thank dilkes for the amazing help. Without you this would not work! i would end up throwing the whole kit away seriously.
I will come back if i need more help or have questions.
Again thank you so much everyone but special thanks to dilkes

I am pleased you got it working. Truth is, it was buffalo_cody who pointed out a possible issue with the way you were using those connectors.
Your investment in a multi-meter is worthwhile. I personally would never hook anything up without checking polarity/voltage using the meter first, no matter what colour wire was used by the manufacturer.
Happy riding! You're hooked now!

Make no mistake about it…there is no great deal of expertise in building a drive system for an electric bike. It is not rocket science….it is not even as hard as tuning a car science. DIY e-bikes have an array of wires that can quickly and often times turn into a rats-nest if the builder is not thoughtful. Wires are a messy problem. Where as the rest of the technology industry is going wireless, it seems that e-bikes have just as many wires as ever.

Anyway i tested the bike today, holy sh**t its fast as f**k. I was speeding past cars and they were all looking at me wondering how

I put the controller on the rear rack, then i carried the battery in a backpack. This is probably the best solution for me because the battery does not fit the frame nor the rear rack.
