It took about three weeks, and the dealer had to call Trek more than once to straighten out the order.
No it did not go bad, it was accidentally damaged and was no longer useable.

May I ask how much you paid? I have an FX+ and I'm fearful of the cost involved if I have to replace my battery . . . supposedly its $1200. I hope the price will drop over the next few years as technology advances . . .

I still have the old one and looking to recycle it since it was definitely not repairable.
