Where to get battery rebuilt

I've been using an electric Ute for a couple of years now and the battery is starting not to hold as much charge as it once did. Kona is quoting a charge of $500+ to replace the battery.

Can anyone suggest a shop which might be able to switch out the cells within the battery for less than this? Based on the volume, I'm assuming Kona used generic cells.

Bikes: too many of all kinds

Not sure what size battery you have, but couldn't you just get one from bmsbattery, or do you have packaging constraints?

em3ev.com will build you a customized battery as is possible.
