Share your ebikes experience

Hello, I want to start small business of ebikes, I just want to reach customer's requirement through this thread.
Please let me know what your ebike has special and where it lacks?

Bikes: 27 speed ORYX with over 39,000Kms on it and another 14,000KMs with a BionX E-Assist on it

I love my BionX 350, it does everything I want, and does it well, it does it quietly, smoothly, with good range especially when I use the re-gen concietiously... It could be improved by having a 500W motor option and the option of the speed limiter removed/manually set...

I like that my ebike isn't too heavy at 14 kg, but I wish it had some form of suspension.

I bought it as is - motor, battery and everything. I didn't actually weigh it, but their website says 14kg (maybe without the battery, which is 2.3 kg).
