Garmin Edge 25: small and cheap GPS computer

Time, distance, elevation, speed, etc, plus routing, and support for ANT+ sensors like heart, cadence, etc. Looks like it has bread-crumb trails but not maps. Auto-upload via BLE (through smart phone). Battery life is 8 hours, the unit only holds 10 rides.

There's no reason anybody with a capable GPS computer would want to buy one of these. But it's an interesting option for a budget GPS unit and for high-end cyclocomputers.

It is superior to the Edge 200. Smaller and you can use cadence and HRM.

I have a Garmin GPS watch that does the bread crumb trail thing. It's enough to get me back to my car when I rent a MTB and play on a trail system, or for hiking and mountaineering.

Seems like this is going to put a little bit of pressure on higher end non-GPS bike computers?

Non-GPS bike computers last a long time on batteries.

Nice little unit, with a big unit price for no real gps.
