Anyone have one of these fitness watch miracles? I'm thinking of purchasing one. Can you set up interval workouts on them like Garmin watches? Pros? Cons?

Speaking from my own experience, I wouldn't recommend it. My Surge gave me nothing but problems for HR tracking, and if you visit the FitBit forums, you'll find and extremely long-running thread with others having the same. Great concept, and a nice looking watch, but pretty much useless for anyone at all interested in serious HR training. I now have a Garmin Fenix 3, and pair it with either the Garmin strap or a Mio Fuse. I never tried to set up interval workouts on the Surge, and don't remember if you can....but I suspect not.

I concur. My Surge cost me more time in front of my computer than out on the road. I'm still looking for a decent HR monitor.
