K-Edge Style GoPro/Garmin Mount for 26mm Bar
Before we begin, I should state that I'm not interested in solutions that use duct tape, zip ties, cut up tire tubes or parts from Home Depot. Thanks anyway.
I'm looking for a K-Edge or Out Front style mount to fit a handlebar with 26mm clamp diameter. Ideally it should allow mounting of both a smaller size Garmin and a GoPro camera at the same time but I would consider a stand alone camera mount such as the K-Edge Go Big.
Please note that I'm not interested in solutions that use duct tape, zip ties, cut up tire tubes or parts from Home Depot. Thanks anyway.
Does anyone know if the shim that comes with the Garmin cycling combo mount (Garmin | VIRB) fits a 26mm bar?
How about the Bar Fly products? Their website is pretty jacked. The Barfly reseller websites I've looked at indicate that most of their products are for 35 or 38mm bars.
As an aside, I'm not interested in solutions that use duct tape, zip ties, cut up tire tubes or parts from Home Depot. Thanks anyway.

Ride it like you stole it
Since you are so particular with your request, I am going to make a suggestion:
26 mm bars are an odd size in this modern era of cycling, as such you will likely not find any aluminum mounts in that size for the application you want. You will find a lot of 35 mm, the spacers that come with some are just rubber and not much different than a cut up tube, but you so delicately mentioned you don't want that type of solution. Here is a suggestion that neither involves duct tape, zip ties, cut up tire tubes or parts from Home Depot, Go to the website 3DHubs.com, click on the big green button labeled Browse Local Printers, on the subsequent page input your location, ignore the part about uploading a file. Look at the results and sort by local pickup and modeling. Contact one of those and they can help you design a custom spacer that will be an exact fit for your handlebar, mount combination.

Because this is going to be your biggest problem, you may have to use some other method to accomplish what you are wanting to do. I fully understand that you are not wanting to do something that will take away from the appearance of your bike but you may want to consider this as an alternative. I had an inexpensive camera that someone gave me for my road bike. The mount was aluminum and used molded rubber shims for smaller diameter handlebars. Since the camera wasn't that good, I moved it to my hybrid but lost the rubber shims making the mount too large for the hybrid handlebars. Like you, I didn't want to use any tape or zip-ties so I took some black, rubber tubing, cut it to the width of the mount and sliced it in half. The tubing makes up the difference in handlebar size and when done, you can't tell the difference between the original rubber shims and the rubber tubing.
